Client data specified in the Client’s Consent Statement collected for the purpose of sending notifications about the services of the Mala Scena Theater and its promotion shall be kept until the withdrawal of the client’s consent, and no later than two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with the Mala Scena Theater.

Responsible persons and employees of the “Mala scena” Theater who have the right and authority to access personal data collected by the “Mala scena” Theater are obliged to sign the Confidentiality Statement to permanently maintain the confidentiality of personal data and act in accordance with applicable legislation and rules.
